We have redesigned the blog to have different feeds for Portuguese and Spanish posts. This way, if you are an English Speaker, you will not receive Spanish or Portuguese posts any longer.

However, if you are Spanish speaking or Portuguese Speaking subscribers, you will have to go to the Portuguese page or Spanish page and subscribe to receive the posts there again. You can then delete the regular English subscription if you so choose.
