I really appreciate it and am so glad we got to be neighbors today at #CoffeeForYourHeart …. I like how you point out, while it may seem to happen suddenly, it is actually a positioning over time that makes the ‘suddenly’ occur. Such food for thought and a also a time to assess our lives to see what areas we may have been gradually positioning over time and for too long that could ‘suddenly’ bring about a defeat or fall.
