Patricia, I’ve looked at how divisive this nation has become and thought so often of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s vision for one nation under God, united in love and respect for all people, and not judging others by the way they look, but by the content of their character. I think he would be appalled at how far we’ve fallen. I’m praying each day that we haven’t fallen past the point of picking ourselves back up and trying again to “get it right” as a nation.
Thank you for bringing the words of this amazing American to light again. They are ones that we should all take to heart and live out.

Patricia, I wish I was as eloquent as you so I could attempt to express how powerful your article is. I am imagining many who read this article saying: I did not know that Dr. King spoke like this and used the Bible to give Him the principles to live by. Today we only hear Dr. King’ legacy distorted making it totally untrue so that it can be used for political and personal gain, a message of division and thus a distortion fo evil. You have written many powerful articles but thi one will be tough to match for powerful impact. To God be the glory for the gifting He has done in you and the way He speaks through you and your ministry. God bless you and family in ways greater than you can ask or think.
