Christy, my husband and I were just talking about a similar situation and realizing how easy it would be to get into judging their motives and thinking we knew why something had happened. Thanks for reminding us about the “back story.” Proverbs says, the first to plead his case sound right, until another comes and examines him. It’s always important to get the whole story isn’t it!

I am embarrassed to admit – I read the title, so I was prepared to look for the back story. I am usually good at realizing everybody has something going on. However, I got lost at the rental counter with you and was furious. (I just finished booking a car for an upcoming trip.) How could they not have a car and I totally forgot your title gave a hint to a backstory. How quick we jump to anger, frustration, and judgments. Thank you for opening my eyes. Maree
