All my life I have trusted Dr Stanley. As a teenager, he seemed to be the the only minister who do not beg for money. I noticed that! I loved his soft-spoken manner and gentle demeanor. Not having an earthly father, I imagined if I could pick a father, he would resemble Dr Stanley because of his kindness.
I am now 60 years old and Dr Stanley is still a favorite of mine. He certainly lives out “being CHRIST-like”. Thank you Dr Stanley

Thank you for sharing your experience Patricia. Dr. Stanley’s autobiography “Courageous Faith” is an excellent read. After reading it my level of respect increased. Dr. Stanley will always point us to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. When listening to his sermons or reading his books his wisdom always amazes me. He is a blessing.
