Jesus alone can give us a break through from the strongholds that want to keep us captives. He sets the captives free.

I think we’ve all found ourselves back where we don’t want to be. I know I have. Having someone to hold me accountable is key. Whether it’s my husband or a friend, I need that accountability. Great words of advice this am.
