Thank you, Christy. Sometimes breaking up is “hard to do” when we are so attached and comfortable. But the freedom these breakups bring is worth the momentary pain for the gain that is ours in Jesus.

Yes, Rebecca. I agree. I tell people all the time that I would never want to go back to school days and deal with all the stuff. 😉 And it’s honorable to break up with anything getting in the way of our life in Christ. While we may find ourselves on a blind date with any one of them offering enough pampering to warrant weak moments, we can set our standards high and stay loyal to Jesus alone.
