I was born and raised in Chicago, but in our state capitol, Springfield, there is the Abraham LIncoln Presidential Library and Museum. There is an awesome cultural and historical journey of Lincoln’s Life. There are theatrical presentations and even my teen grandchildren enjoyed the trip. If Lincoln is one of your favorite historical figures, please believe this is a must see. There are two sculptures of his face which you are asked to touch and the difference is mind blowing. I was speechless when I was able to touch and feel this difference. I knew exactly what you saw in that portrait. The same thing is depicted in those face sculptures. Humility is a beautiful characteristic. God’s continued blessings.
