Mission Statement: Soaring with Him is a discipleship ministry focused on leading women to find the Abundant Life through the study and application of Scriptures.

What is LOVE DAY?

Love Day is an outreach program in partnership with shelters in Metropolitan Atlanta to bring the hope and love of Jesus to the women and children in these transitional homes.

Our next Love Day will take place on Saturday, May 20th, at Family Heritage Foundation!

In 2023, LOVE DAY will take place quarterly.

We are excited to announce our 2023 partnerships with the incredible House of Cherith, a branch of City of Refuge in Atlanta and with Family Heritage Foundation!

Our first Love Day will take place at House of Cherith on February 25th and on May 20th we will be partnering with Family Heritage Foundation to bring love and assistance to the women in their program.

What will take place?

We will bring worship, teaching, and women volunteers who will “adopt” a lady for the day. The proposed format is as follows:

• Morning worship and teaching.
• Children will also have worship and teaching in a separate area.
• A time of prayer.
• Workshop to teach women how to study the bible.
• Bible distribution.
• We will also bring one or two study bibles to leave at the shelter in a common area.
• The attendees in the program will also be offered a scholarship to attend the She Soars Women’s conference on October 14th!
• Pending on volunteer availability, We will bring hairdressers and skin care product representatives to give the ladies a fresh haircut and skin pampering.

How can I help?

You can help us in two ways:

• You can help us by becoming a financial partner to help us accomplish our mission, including purchasing supplies and bibles and offering scholarships to women in need to attend our conference and online courses. Click below to learn more about how your gift can impact our ministry!

• You can sign up to volunteer and join us as a “sister” for the day, a hairdresser or skin care specialist. We will train you to help the ladies during the “How to Study the Bible” workshop.
