Jennifer Rosania: Guest Speaker
After growing up in a single-parent household and seeing her mom almost killed and permanently debilitated in a car accident and two bouts of cancer, Jennifer Rosania believes that everything that happens to us is not only a tool in Jesus’ hands for us to know Him more intimately, but also to help others heal from their woundedness. Her call to ministry was born out of 2 Corinthians 1:3–4, which says, “Blessed be the…God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction.”
In her role as Director of Product Content at In Touch Ministries, Jennifer assists Dr. Charles Stanley with his books. She received her undergraduate degrees in Literature and Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and her Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she is currently working on her Ph.D.
Katy Anderson: Guest Speaker
Katy Anderson spends most of her waking moments thinking about how she can keep exploited and at-risk girls safe from human traffickers. Twelve years ago on a day that would forever change her life, Katy learned that little girls, some as young as 10, were being forced to marry men double or triple their age.
Today, Katy is the Associate Director of International Ministries for She Is Safe, a global organization that believes the girl child is a gift of God and works to keep girls and women free and equipped.
Katy holds a Master of Theology Degree in Women’s Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary, and lights fires in the hearts of others when invited to speak on the plight and promise of oppressed women and girls at local churches across the U.S.
A Californian by birth, Katy lives in Alpharetta with her husband Greg; children Brayden, Zachary and Avery.

Amy Carney: Testimony
Amy Carney is a wife and mother. She serves at First Baptist Atlanta in the Music Ministry, Middle School Ministry, and Women’s Ministry.
From captivity that nearly killed her to complete freedom, her passion is to beckon in the lost with the love of Jesus and to stir up believers to walk in victory and live out their identity as children of God. Her longing is to see the oppressed set free and to promote united worship in the church, thus manifesting the wholeness that faith in Jesus brings . Her heart’s desire is that we would have full knowledge of the love of Jesus and the abundant life that He has called us to. Ephesians 3:20, 4:13-14.
